Rental Application Information

Application Requirements
- Anyone over the age of 18 must complete a separate application.
- Please do not leave any sections blank. The application system will not allow submission with incomplete fields.
- If a question does not apply to you, simply provide a brief explanation in that section.
Rental Qualifications
To qualify for one of our rental properties, applicants must meet the following general requirements:
- Minimum credit score of 620
- Gross monthly household income of at least 3x the monthly rent
- Verifiable income and rental history
- Background screening completed through our application process
We understand that certain medical-related collections can impact credit reports, and we may make exceptions for medical-related items on a case-by-case basis.
Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee approval, and all applications are reviewed as a whole.
Proof of Income
Proof of income is required with all applications. Documents can be uploaded directly through the application portal. If your files are too large to upload, they may be emailed to our office separately.
Application Processing
Once all applications and required documents have been submitted, we will begin processing. Applications are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis, and we work with one completed application at a time in the order received.
Our team works to process applications as quickly as possible, and we will follow up once a decision has been made.
